custom build FIT former. The SRT workout was specifically developed with the FIT former in mind and is adaptable for all fitness-levels, perfect for anyone willing to put in the work to get more out of their training.
Slow Resistance Training (SRT) grew from the science of slow-twitch muscle training techniques, effective body-building supersets, and use of our spring-resistance FIT former. SRT was developed with the goal of creating an effective workout adaptable to all ability levels with no fitness experience necessary to get started.
With these goals in mind, every SRT class combines all five elements of physical fitness not just into each class, but into each and every exercise. Each exercise performed is designed to improve your:
We do this through slow, controlled, continuous muscle tension and perfectly programmed sequences. Our coaches bring their knowledge and expertise along with our FIT energy and encouragement to make every class an experience.

New clients are strongly encouraged to take FORM Your Foundation for their first class. Experience a 45- minute high intensity strength training program with a 5-minute cool down.
Prepare to be sore. We encourage post class recovery and rest. Drink lots of water and stretch. We recommend taking 1-2 rest day between classes. For best results plan to take 3-4x classes per week.
